When QArk contacts you by email we will always clearly identify ourselves, and explain the purpose of our contact.
The main reason we will contact you will be to send you an invitation to participate in a survey, which may be managed by ourselves or a variety of other selected organisations.
When you participate in any research, you may be asked for your personal opinions or to report what you do, e.g. how often you go walking or what product you buy, as well as demographic information, such as your age and household composition. You may refuse to answer any question or stop participating in a study at any time.
No person under 16 may join the QArk panel and we will never knowingly invite children under the age of 16 to participate in research studies without taking measures to ensure appropriate parental consent.

We are registered under the Data Protection act and we will ensure the information you provide us is held securely. We will never sell or rent the personal information you have entrusted with us to any third party.
Your survey responses may be collected, stored or processed by us or the organisation running each survey. Anyone who collects this information is contractually bound to keep it confidential and must protect it with security standards and practices that are equivalent to our own.

QArk makes reasonable efforts to keep the personal information in its possession or control that it is used on an on-going basis, accurate, complete, current and relevant, based on the most recent information available to us.
